Auf den Stufen einer Kirche findet ihn der Pastor und nimmt ihn an Kindesstatt auf, und Daniel wächst wohl behütet bei seinem pastoralen Vater auf.Aber je älter er wird, desto mehr Verlangen spürt Daniel etwas ganz besonderes in seinem Leben zu schaffen.Er fängt an den perfekten Mord zu planen.Dabei hat Daniel nur ein Problem…er hat weder Arme noch Beine!Dies macht es zwar nicht einfacher, aber erst recht auch nicht unmöglich.Akif Pirincci hatte seinerzeit mit dem spannenden Katzenthriller Felidae schon ein Faible für besondere Helden bewiesen.Mit diesem Antihelden wagt er sich allerdings auf ein ganz besonderes Gebiet.Hervorragend beschreibt er seine Figuren, lässt die Gedanken der Protagonisten nachvollziehbar erscheinen.Die Handlung ist trotz des Handicaps des Helden spannend und schnell, überrascht mit rasanten Wendungen und hat nebenbei noch eine der bemerkenswertesten Sexszenen, die ich je gelesen habe.
